control and monitors the gas valve to ensure combustion and proper

Trane's exclusive Comfort-RTM feature represents the
ultimate in comfort. Most standard units have only three fan speeds.
But with Trane there are 12 different CFM (cubic feet per minute)
settings, meaning greater airflow flexibility and an enhanced level of
comfort. Your Trane dealer will determine the appropriate setting
based on the airflow requirements of your home. Once your specific
comfort zone has been established, your home's temperature will
vary much less than a standard system.

There's nothing quite like the quality of air you get with a Trane
variable speed indoor unit. A variable speed unit operates at slower
fan speeds. This means more unwanted particles cling to the filter,
flowing cleaner air into your home.
In a conventional single speed unit air is pulled through the filter
at a consistently high rate of speed. This lessens the filter's
ability to collect dust and allergens.
