Dear Blaine:

Today your men completed a fairly difficult installation of my 2 1/2 ton Trane heat pump. Although there were some unexpected structural problems confronting them, the job was finished in satisfactory fashion. For the first time in this house, I am now enjoying quiet and comfortable heating.

I would like to particularly commend your installer, Bill, for a job well done. He not only was very knowledgeable and informative regarding the installation and operational aspects, but he performed in a very neat and courteous manner. Bill is definitely a real asset to Air Flo.

Just a note to congratulate you on having two employees like Brad and Conrad. Both of these young men were exceptionally efficient, courteous and considerate of our property and persons while installing a heat pump on August 22nd. Without reservations, I say that no other business in the area has placed workers at our location during the past eleven years that left us feeling as good as Brad and Conrad. I hope you are fortunate enough to have other employees as good.

My erratic memory often loses names for me, especially from telephone conversations, but I do want to say the lady(s) who fielded a couple of minor inquiries was pleasant, clear-speaking and fast.

When you have a moment, I believe you suggested an annual "services" at $69.00. Is this correct? Is it a contract item?

Let me take this opportunity to commend and thank one of your employees...Dan Allen. Dan was recommended to me by one of my neighbors, Pete Leonard, also of Diamond Point. Pete, who seldom gives much praise for anything, really raved about Dan's work last year on his heat pump. I followed Pete's suggestion and when it was time for our service, I requested Dan.

Dan serviced our heat pump on Mar. 14, 1996. He is very knowledgeable about the Trane unit, and he was polite and willing to answer any and all dumb questions I asked him. My wife was very impressed by Dan when he voluntarily put on shoe covers before entering our house, very important to a lot of us.

He is a very nice young man and you are fortunate to have him as an employee. Thank you and your organization.

Dear Air Flo,

A couple of weeks ago you sent a team of men to our home to install central air and heat with a heat pump system. It was very hot outside and crawling in our crawlspace and the attic were miserable jobs. Despite the heat and dirt, we never heard one complaint from any of our men. They were cheerful and proficient at every endeavor.

Your men were exceptionally courteous and professional. You obviously maintain very high standards for workmanship. We have the greatest respect for your integrity and skilled expertise.

When your men finished installing the system (very quickly to our surprise), they were careful to clean up any materials they left behind. We are exceptionally happy with all you have done for us.

Our system works beautifully and it is wonderful to be cool on hot summer days. We can't thank you enough for everything. Please pass on our satisfaction to the men (unfortunately we don't have their names) who worked at our house a couple of weeks ago.
